Members of the formal sector business took on Operations Management training.
Project management and leadership empowerment were short term courses offered on the final week of August. The team undertook the courses with other staff from the public and private sector in the country.
Facilitated by SISBEC, the participants touched base on Techniques and approaches to use in managing their financial nature of their business.
SIWIBA August Meres Market closed with awarding 7 women for their great commitments and participation of the program.

The Solomon Islands government, through the Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour & Immigration provided funding to SIWIBA for the hosting of its first ever SIWIBA Mini Trade Fair from 4th to 8th July 2016 leading up to its Awards Night on 9thJuly 2016.
