SIWIBA Board and Staff under goes Training

A corporation without a system of corporate governance is often regarded as a body without a soul or conscience. As important for many organizations, SIWIBA board and staff had successfully ends a three days training on cooperate governance over the week.

Facilitating the training was Mr. Jerry Tengemoana of Prime academy and once the former CEO of chamber of Commerce.

The training highlight rules, practices and processes as an important strategy to achieved a balance interest of all stakeholders within the SIWIBA contexts.

The 2 teams with each separated session and one combined session, involved in discussions on issues and achievement and have compared cooperate governance approaches in the SIWIBA context.

The training covered the roles each related party in SIWIBA plays, decision making, chain of command, and other relevant information with relations and impact to the nature of SIWIBA as an NGO organization.

The lessons learnt during the session are practically important to manage an effective and established organization
